Why can't I submit a payment through Paypal when I click the Pay Now button?
Internet Explorer:
Open your browser and click Help and select About Internet Explorer.
If the Cipher Strength is not 128-bit, you must install the Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack from Microsoft.
Netscape:
Open your browser and click Help and select About Netscape.
You should read a line that says:
This version supports high-grade (128-bit) security, otherwise you should install one that does from Netscape.
